In California, our electric bills have been increasing an average of 10% per year.
We’ve calculated that the average national residential rates increased an average of 3.26% per year and that the average increase for all sectors (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.) is 3.76% per year.
HOWEVER…
We Have An Option!
Introducing: Jeff Miller, of Assist Solar in Laguna Niguel, California
You can save 10% on your monthly electric bill in your first year and more in each of the following years because the rate, through THIS program, only goes up a fixed 1 ½% per year!
That means that in a few years, you could be saving 30-40% over the normal utility rates for electricity.
Jeff is your ‘Go To’ guy to learn about adding solar panels to your property and save at least 10% a month with only a 1 1/2% increase per year.
The program is explained in detail in a series of articles starting here: http://assistsolar.com/solar-panel-lease-program/
Basically:
There is no purchase cost.
There is no installation cost.
There is no permitting cost.
Leasing solar panels is also an easy way to go green.
The Process: Only 3 Steps for You…
*You tell us that you are interested
- We inspect your roof (we design a panels system that won’t hurt the roof)
We design a solar panel system for your house to maximize electricity generation.
*You decide if that plan suits your needs and sign the lease agreement
- We apply for any permits
We get approval from the utility to feed electricity back to the grid
We take out insurance on the panels
We install the panels and any electronics needed
We maintain the panels
*You enjoy the cheap, green electricity
If this sounds like a good idea to you, I encourage you to contact Jeff

Wow. This is great. Solar panel energy for the masses!
Thank you for the writeup. It looks great.
Great information Love to go green and save money too. Great for real estate developers or remodeling.
This is a very interesting concept. It seems pretty straight forward, but I have a couple questions about your system.
Is the system practical for areas outside California that do not receive as much sunshine (Ohio for example), or for shaded California properties?
Additionally, have you done any research on if a system such as this would add or detract from the resale value of a dwelling?
Can you describe what type of maintenence a system requires? Example; Do the panels need annual cleaning, are they robust enough to handle weather or will there be breakage issues to attend to, questions of this nature.
And finally, how would a replacement roofing job affect the installment? Would you folks remove it and reinstall after new roof is in place for the homeowner?
Thanks, I look forward to your response.
